What we collect
When you send an enquiry or booking form we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode or area, and the details you give us about your driving experience and preferred dates. We record the date and IP address of the submission to help prevent spam.
Why we collect it
We use it solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver your driving course, and keep the records a driving school needs to keep. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and insurance purposes, normally six years.
Cookies
The site sets a session cookie so that forms work securely. If website analytics are enabled, they may set additional cookies to measure how the site is used; these do not identify you personally.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@automaticdrivingcourseswales.co.uk and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
